There are four different types of connectors used by Nissan throughout the different models and years. The most accurate method of determining which type is needed, is to compare the connector on your vehicle with the extension types listed below.
Type 1- rectangle with side tabs near the bottom
Type 2- square with left side tab near bottom right side tab near top
Type 3- square with side tabs near bottom
Type 4- square with side tabs near top
How to determine the type of o2 extensions needed:
Nissan / Infiniti used different connectors for different cars and year models. In order to determine which type of o2 extensions you need, you will need to look at the connector on your PRIMARY o2 sensor, and compare it with the 4 different types available. Make sure your are looking at the PRIMARY o2 sensor and not the SECONDARY o2 sensor.
The connector for the primary o2 sensor is usually accessible near the firewall. Pop open your hood and look down into that area. Once you locate the connector, Compare it with the 4 different types that we offer by looking at connector shape and tab location. If you are able to get a clear picture that shows the tab locations, you can send us this picture via Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger or email for further assistance.
May also fit other Nissan vehicles. Please confirm connector type before ordering.
