VQ35DE FWD 2nd gen Hi Ram Adapter

This adapter kit allows the use of a Holley hi-ram style upper lid on front wheel drive 2nd/3rd gen VQ35DE engines!! This is for serious performance applications where high rpm power is a must! The adapter utilizes the OEM gasket where it mates to the lower plenum.

Added some dyno testing results! We have seen insane top end gains with the hi-ram intake manifold setup. What it needs is RPM! The higher the rpm the more it gains! Basically you trade some low end/midrange power for top end power, which for most forms of racing top end power is critical. By chaining headers/exhaust you can minimize the midrange losses as you can see from some of the test some cars didnt lose as much midrange.

The largest gain we have seen so far is 50hp at 8000 rpm!!!!!!!!!

  • Adapter

Required to complete installation:
  • Upper lid (Holley lid p/n 300-245 works)
  • LS throttle body (90mm or 87mm) or (adapter to run Nissan 75mm tb recommended on stock ECU setups)
  • Intake pipe
  • Custom tune
  • Cut the webbing part of hood for proper clearance

Throttle Body Adapter
This adapter allows the use of a Nissan 75mm throttle body (09'+ Maxima) on a Hi Ram intake lid.

Includes:
  • Machined aluminum adapter w/ o-ring
  • Hardware (Adapter to lid)
  • Gasket (Adapter to lid)
