NISformance Mail in Re-Flash

Base Tune

This service allows you to send in your ECU for our base tune. The purpose of a base tune is to help improve power and driveability. Vehicles with bolt on upgrades, as well as swapped vehicles can both benefit from our base tune. This service is intended to be used on naturally aspirated vehicles with light to medium modifications such as intake and exhaust upgrades. There are limitations with this service, which are listed below.

Steps for shipping your ECU:

  • Place an order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number on it.
  • Fill out and Include tune form with the ECU. This is extremely important. Without this information, we can not tune your ECU.
  • Pack the ECU securely. (Remove any brackets).
  • Ship it to us. You will have to pay to ship your ECU to us. The shipping you paid upon check out is for return shipping (From us back to you).

  • Larger than stock MAF size not supported

UpRev features 04'-08':
  • 4 map layout (vehicles equipped with cruise control)
  • 2-step launch control (ARC required)
  • Burnout mod (ARC required)
  • Simplified timing (ARC required)
Map layout (for vehicles with multiple maps available):
  • Map1- Performance
  • Map2- Race/Flame-Pop
  • Map3- 2step (3.2K rpm limit)
  • Map4- Valet (75mph limit)
  • Map 5- High security (car will not run at all)
Additional notes:
  • Adding the optional ARC license (04'+)enables simplified timing, which improves ignition timing strategy. This results in increased power gains.
  • We do not provide an ECU, This is a re-flash service. You must send in your ECU.
  • Be sure to send ECU only. Do not send with any brackets.
  • Your ECU MUST be shipped to us within 90 days. If you order other parts along with a reflash, Nothing will ship until we receive and tune your ECU.

Ecu I paid extra for the Arc and can't utilize it. Idle adjustment for the A/C is horrible and does not idle up when engaged. The base tune is overly rich. Part throttle is rough. I would not recommend this mail in tune.

Received my ECU back from the east coast to Los Angeles within 4 business days! My ECU was sent back to me securely packaged with clear instructions on what to do when re installing. For a base tune the car feels much better a lot more responsive with the throttle it definitely shifts way better and the 5 maps work perfectly as they should. If you’re on a budget and have the supporting mods I would 100% recommend them. I wish I could add an image because Map 2 (flames/pops) goes wild with a single exit 🔥.
